Kube I Water Softener – INSTALLATION SERVICE ONLY

This package is for the installation of 1 Water Softener only.

For total peace-of-mind, compliance with water regulations and warrantied workmanship, we recommend installation by a Kinetico Technical Engineer. Once you have purchased a Kube Softener installation package you will be taken through the following process to ensure the best possible experience.

1. The Kinetico Customer Care Team will contact you within 2 business days to perform a pre-installation checklist to ensure everything goes smoothly on the day. We will require you to take photographs of the installation location (normally under the kitchen sink). Please ensure the cupboards are empty and that these photographs are well lit and in focus. You will also be required to confirm:

• The location and operation of your mains stopcock located

• There is suitable drainage within 1m of the stop

• That there is suitable space for your Kube Water Softener

• That the installation location is on an outside wall.

2. An engineer will install and check your water softener is fully operational before leaving your home.

3. If you have purchased a Kube drinking water system too, this will be installed at the same time for free with the water softener. *Please do not purchase a Kube Drinking Water system installation if are purchasing this installation package.

*Terms and conditions for installation

1. Installation covers 15mm or 22mm standard installation within 1m of mains water supply and drainage. An extra supplement may be payable on installations with larger pipe sizes and unusual or complicated pipework.

2. Installation of an outside frost protection cabinet is at an additional cost.

3. The installation of a Kube Drinking Water filter is included when purchased with and installed in tandem with a Kube Water Softener.

4. Installation of any supplementary items over and above the Kube Water Softener (including Kube Water Filter– point 3) and associated installation kit may be chargeable.

5. Softener must be purchased from Homebase.

6. Not available in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland.
